NWT very rare Rae Dunn 2 pc.mug & topper for Frosty the Snowman JOLLY HAPPY FUN

This is a brand new completely sealed new with tags. Still has the wrapping around it and the foam between the two pieces. There is an official Frosty the Snowman tag on it. The piece is approximately 9 inches tall. Great piece for putting on display. The mug is actually a very light baby, blue color, and says. JOLLY HAPPY FUN.
