This is a Size Medium Vintage Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren Company Button Up! It has a beautiful patchwork pattern that is amazing! Still in pretty great condition (there is a spot on the back near the collar where the fabric bled. It was not noticeable when I wore it as my hair covered the spot! Otherwise in excellent condition!
