mchristian5704 @bernicesb I would say true to size. I wear a 6.5, but can wear this, so if you are a true 6, you should be fine. I have a narrow foot.

bernicesb @mchristian5704 ok I have a medium broad foot but was thinking if they are tight I could cut the strap that goes across the front of the foot?? Then just have the strap around the back of the foot??
