Adidas Aeroready shorts

Adidas black aeroready shorts, I can’t find a tag, but the wearer usually wears size L, and they are a bit snug on him, so they very well could be a M. I have added photos with approximate measurements as shown to help determine possible size. Elastic waistband and drawstring as well.
