carriemgardner @klinkenauger I’d say like new since I’ve never worn it and there are no flaws. That said, everyone’s definition is different so please let me know if there is a specific picture of it you are looking for that isn’t provided in the listing.

carriemgardner @klinkenauger it is 8 inches around. There is some flexibility as well but it’s fairly limited.
