Beautiful dress. Has been professionally altered at the waist, high waist is about 14 inches across lying flat. Chest difficult to measure given the darts but is about 16 inches across . fits more like a 4 or 6 although labeled an 8. Pattern is like vintage Hawaiian fabrics.
