Waterproof boots. Toddler size 9. They do have a foam lining but not sure if they are rated for warmth. Heavier though than a thin rain boot. A bogs styling but these boots are not bogs brand. They are waterproof and look like they provide some warmth. Pretty good shape. I listed under boy but could be boy or girl in my opinion.
