Brand new, never been worn. However, I did purchase them at an outlet, so I think they had been tried on a few times. Hence the black marks on the soles. Other than that, they are in perfect condition. No sequin is missing or out of place. Comes with original box. They are a women's size 8 but they do run really large. I would say they are more like an 8 1/2 to a 9. The bottom sole measures a little under 10 1/2" Comes from a smoke free home.
