These are in excellent condition.
Please take note of inseam length - they come in different versions. I am 5.4 and they hit my ankle at the perfect place.

The internal fabric is soft and comfortable - something that is hard to find with faux leather pants.
They unfortunately do not fit my waist but I am definitely going to be getting a pair because they are incredibly flattering.

Hi!! So there definitely is a bit of give in the waistband and the rest of the pant itself is stretchy which is why it is actually comfortable! I unfortunately need a bit more than 1" give for them to look ok on me :) I suppose it comes down to how you want them to fit. I think these do look better when they are tight (but not too tight like in my case!). The Aritzia Website says a size 2 is supposed to have a 25inch waist but my measurements make these more a 26/26.5 Hope this helps! :)
