New without tags! Lilly Pulitzer Edna Dress in Hanging With Fronds, size XS. Beautiful! This dress has a very pretty tropical floral/palm print. It has 3/4 sleeves that have a little cuff and button at the end. The bottom hem has a slight waterfall hemline. Measurements are shown in the photos.  It comes from a smoke and pet free home.
