it is in pre-owned condition it does show some signs of where it is faded it is still black but it is lightly faded it has lace cuffs and at the shoulders it has stitching holding it together it was made that way to show the lace underneath when you move it has tails on it and when they spread apart there's lace in between them it's very cute has always I do love offers and have a wonderful day d7
