For a BIG Witch or a little Witch

This description could be confusing so please read again if needed. This costume was created for my daughter when she was young. The only picks I have she has a poncho covering the detail of the costume because it was a cold trick-or-treat that year. On a child 4-5 the toile petticoat creates the appearance of a full skirt. THERE IS NO ZIPPER OR CLOSURE TO THE PETTY Coat. We pinned her in and the apron with the embroidery tied around the waist. If an adult wants to wear the petticoat as it looks on the mannequin it might be a tight squeeze. But it’s doable. The embroidered skirt is a simple apron with a ribbon tie closer in the back. This could be worn over any black skirt on an adult. This listing is for the petticoat and the apron embroidered skirt only. You will need your own top and the WITCH HAT IS SOLD SEPARATELY IN MY STORE. Please see measurements before purchasing. Toile petticoat measures 11” across with no elastic or closure (pin closed on child or adult) it measures 20” from the waistline to the hem, and another 3” of ruffle on the top of the waist line. The apron has a black ribbon tie and measures 24” from waistline to hem.
