This blue tweed yarn is one of my favs. Little flecks of yellow , teal , orange ,& blue. This hat is one size will fit most adult women. I knitted it on size 7 needles so it’s a fairly close knit construction , with lots of stretch. 11” total length so you can roll up a cuff to keep your ears warmer.
