The scalloped V-neck has cut out flowers that are embroidered around and embellished with rhinestone accents. 3/4 sleeves have a 5 inch eyelet ruffle that makes come down to the top of wrist. 24 inches across the bottom 23 inches across the chest and 26 inches long.
