Vintage Blair Teal Green dress

Vintage dress has elastic waist with shoulder pleat detail and button at back neck. 2 small spots on RT shoulder -pictured. Small staple holes by tag on back collar -pict. Color is more green than i could get with camera, outdoor pics look more blue. No material tag but would fuess poly or blend. Shown on S model, comes with exact match belt with gold tone buckle.
