cec0307 @daniterry hi - no these have not been cut. They are exactly as they were intended when purchased. We just rolled them to get the right length. You could hem them for a more finished look but I think they are sold this way intentionally since the boys grow so quickly. Hope this helps.

daniterry hello. I want you to know I have received a message saying I received my package. However I went to pick it up yesterday & it wasn't at the post office. This hasn't happened yet. I will stop there again today. As I said, my son needs these for Sunday. I will accept as soon as I receive 🍂
