This is an authentic Tiffany Sterling Silver necklace. The necklace includes the pouch shown in the photos. It has a 16” long chain and the largest heart is 1” in width and 1” in length at the widest parts. There are some marks on the front of the bigger heart from the smaller heart rubbing on it.
