Vintage 1980s 1990s floral embossed jacquard fabric in a navy fabric with leg of mutton sleeves by Lindsey Scott. Statement gold and white buttons down the front of the jacket. Has shoulder pads. Skirt has an elastic waist. Some fading under the arms (see photos). Tags say size 10. Would best fit an XS/S. Measurements taken lying flat.
