Vintage coastal grandma American nautical cardigan with gold buttons

This is vintage but I’m not sure from when. The tag isn’t super helpful so I can’t tell the material but it has some weight so I’d say wool. Not sure the size either I’d say small or medium is the next fit. I’m usually a small and I like the fit on this. One of a kind.
