Interesting necklace of a running stallion with a cut-out design and a pearl inside. Unsure how the rainbow effect was added but it sure is pretty. The pendent opens and a bluish Gray Pearl is loose inside. you could switch out the Pearl for a crystal or even cotton with perfume on it.
