This is a lab created Ruby with diamond surround, 14k white gold chain and a white gold/ yellow gold setting. It's set in a shimmer setting so the Ruby itself will shimmer and catch onlookers eyes! I don't have exact karat on the Diamond surround as it was given as an anniversary present from my now ex-husband. it was valued at 299.00 when purchased and was seldom wore!
