Is it 18 inches at the bottom width across? Or at the top highest part width?

@ninacouture I added photos of the dimensions and interior. In the interior is the shoulder strap. It’s pink like the bag. Not really sure where I came up with the 18 as mentioned in a previous question.

@ninacouture it has some structure and can stand somewhat on its own. It doesn’t collapse into itself but it is a puffer style material so it’s not super structured
