@cecimarie5 the outside of the boot isn’t super soft like brand new pairs, they’ve barely been worn, but it’s kind of stiff feeling. I hope that helps!

@mombosslaur Have they been washed or spot cleaned? Also, is there discoloration on the UGG mark on the back? In the pic it looks off.
