I just don't use it enough. I also bought a strap off Etsy for this bag that I can also include as seen in last picture , the strap is more of a brown than a burgundy but it's pretty subtle and the gold color is very similar, I can include in the purchase if you would like it. Some scratches on front of the bag. 7/10 condition due to scratch leather in the front easily can be buffed out. The edges of the leather are also worn. Giving Olsen twins Birkin vibes)
