Black Floral Dress with Flutter Sleeves

Very good pre-loved condition (only worn once!) dress from A New Day. Black base with bright floral pattern detail throughout, about knee length maybe a little shorter depending on your height. Really pretty pink and orange and blue colors! Has a seam at the waist so it’s extremely flattering - creates a waist and doesn’t just fall. Sleeves are about to the elbow and are fluttery. Very unique and fun. Very comfortable! Size 3X.
