This is a great kids hoodie but has some marks on it. I'm not sure what the marks are from. The worst spot is on the back by the bolt. There are some on the sleeve cuff. Other than the marks, the hoodie is in great shape! I don't think my daughter wore it that much! The color may be neon blue. It's a bright blue with neon green/yellow bolts on the front and the back. One of the sleeves has Chevron stripes on it.
