celesteu99 Please no need to feel bad or apologize I know you’re very good with shipping and like I said I trust you. It’s definitely a problem with UPS I’ve been tracking the package and it you did send it out. I never had a doubt in my mind about that. It’s just frustrating. I hope it’s not ruined.
