Hi I see 4 tiny tan buttons inside are they still there? Would I need to replace all the FRONT MIDDLE VERTICAL buttons with Chanel ones or would those be hidden? We’re there wrist ones originally? Wondering if I would only need big Chanel buttons at the two FRONT POCKETS really then the rest plain? We’re there buttons down the middle originally OUTSIDE EXTERIOR or hidden there?
