fit2025 @cbinion35 regular size 14 are about 11.5 to 12 inches in length inside so if yours are 13 inches measured inside not outside then your brand of shoes are oversized and much bigger than normal regular size 14. at 13 inches they are way to large to fit. a shoe 11.5 inches long to max 12 inches inside are what length that is needed here
