New with tags Nike zip front crop rain and wind jacket semi sheer beautiful blue color however there are some black ink stains throughout the jacket. It retails $120 so make sure you look at all of the pictures. Most of the staining is on the hood. I don’t think you can get it out. I’m not going to try, but I’m not sure it’s a beautiful rain and wind jacket. Nothing wrong with it except for sporadic black stains throughout and they are not really noticeable except for on the hood size, extra small, but very oversized and loose fitting under arm to under arm measures 22” across
