@kitnd I normally wear an xs in Double D, this dress is an xs, but runs a little roomy on me. Chest - 17" across, shoulder to shoulder 16 1/2 " across. Length - 37", Sleeve length 23, sleeves are slight bell , and are to be longer than normal sleeve length. Let me know if this helps. : )
