For those who have a hard time discerning between genuine, authentic luxury Chanel items vs items labeled as “VIP”, (99% of the time may mean counterfeit)- here are a couple tips on how to tell the difference. ✅ - MOST items labeled “VIP” has a high chance of turning out to be counterfeit (with a few exceptions). - They are “gifts” that Chanel gives on rare occasions towards high paying clientele. ❌ These gifts are often labeled as “Compliments of Chanel”- they will come with a unique serial code and card. - Items labeled as “Gift with purchase” do NOT mean that they are a genuine luxury item.❌ They are free gifts given with a gift set or when you spend a certain amount of money in the makeup and fragrance department.
