In overall good condition. Two small things to note and pictured as well, frame waist button shows signs of wear and there is a MINOR spot on the back of one leg. Have not tried to remove it. Inseam is 31”, rise is approx 9.5” and waist measure approx 13” flat. No trades or modeling.
