This is a very cool vintage skirt dating back to the late 1950s, according to my research on the Union label. The pleats are contrasting plaid. While wearing this skirt, the pleats appear to change color and pattern as the skirt swishes and shifts. I tried to capture an example in attached video. This piece is still strong and sturdy, but obviously should be worn with care considering its age. No obvious flaws, vintage condition
