Chico's White So Slimming Crop Pants - Chico's Size 1.5 - Rayon/Nylon/Spandex

I bought these Chico's So Slimming White Crop pants and they no longer fit me. The size is Chico's 1.5 and they do have some spandex, so they stretch a bit. There are no outside pockets, but one very small inside pocket that I showed in a picture. The fabric content is 76% rayon, 21% nylon, and 3% spandex. They're machine washable :).
