"Love Vegas" in neon yellow and pink sequins on back, front is plain gray waistband. Basically like "cheerleading shorts" - fold-over waistband is comfy & flattering. Excellent condition! Only worn and washed 2-3x. No rips, holes, or stains. All sequins appear to be still intact. Some fading of the black area only, and otherwise slight wear / fuzz from machine washing. They are VERY small size small, but meant to be worn very short. See measurements in photos.
