This Wooly Thing Can Be Zipped Off. It Has Zipper And Snaps Up The Front. There Are Zippers On The Sides And On The Sleeves. See Pictures. There Is A Tie At The Waist If You Want It Snug. Measurements: Shoulder To Hemline 32 In, Pit To Pit 22 In, And Sleeve Length 17 In. My Granddaughter Got It For Christmas, 5 Years Ago, And She Never Wore It. It's Been Hanging In The Closet.
