This is a vintage original CHIMAYO woven clutch bag is in MINT condition. The snap closure & zipper work perfectly and is adorned with the typical sterling silver Thunderbird. These bags were crafted by Ganscraft, Julius Gans in the 1930’s and are very sought after by collectors of Chimayo textiles in the Native American market. The Granscrsft label has been removed, however the Chimayo weave is distinct and unmistakable. Colors are denim blue, green, cream, pink, brown, some orange. Beautiful!
