Reposhing this item I purchased from @zoey71797. As it turns out, my shoulders and bust are a tad too broad/big for the cut - it’s meant to be worn just at the shoulder, and it has the rubber at the openings to ensure the top stays in place. I adore the brand and have a few other dresses by him. I wish this one fit! It’s such a feminine cut, with gorgeous lace and bead overlay, nice stretch, and that classic LBD flair! I’d recommend for a size 8-10, 36B-C and narrower shoulders. Otherwise the skirt fits beautifully on nearly any shape!
