How do they run? I am a tru size 8 but 8I hear these run big.

@karimadela I usually wear Nike sneakers and take an 8 in those. I believe that New Balance and most other sneakers run larger than Nike. I also take an 8 in Merrell hiking boots, but can take a 7 1/2 or an 8 in the lower Merrell shoes. But I prefer darker colored sneakers. It all depends what brands you usually wear and how they fit you. Sizing charts are available online. For various brands. If you would like any measurements, please let me know.
