This is a luxury boutique brand vintage bra from the early 90s. Black lace cups, velvet side panels and incredible tulle ruffle detail on the straps. Preloved but lots of life left for someone looking for a sexy, witchy, well-crafted bra. Made in France. Size 36D but I think could fit DD.
