These are a pair of 1980s white tag Levi’s. These jeans, only produced for a short time, have a cult following much like Levi’s famed 501s, except these were discontinued and pairs are increasingly harder to find now. Based on measurements in pictures, these would best fit a size 26-27, as waist laid flat measures about 13.5”.
