This ring sparkles like crazy. It is a size 7. It has only been worn a few times. The center stone I believe is a lab created Ruby. I am not positive but I think that is it. It has been so many years ago since I got the ring I don’t remember much about it. The stones around the Ruby are white topaz. Again that is what I remember. It was purchased at Macy’s many years ago. It is 14 KT gold. Great ring.
