So comfortable! Thick jersey cotton/spandex (96%cotton, 4% spandex) material. A friend gave me two pairs since they didn’t fit her - but I’m only wearing the other color, hence looking for these to go to a new home. These pants look really cute slightly rolled up with a cropped top. The elastic waist measures 14” flat, and 18” when fully stretched out. These fit me comfortably as a 12-14 size person.
