pinksurf76 @dotfulart hi, I’m 5’4 and it’s not too long on me. It’s an elastic smocked waist so once it’s on it blouses at the top and comes up a little if you have the elastic on your waist. I guess it would depend on your shape maybe. I have a small waist (which is a little higher) and wider hips. I hope this helps, if there’s anything else I can help you with please let me know.
