Like new Lilly Pulitzer off the shoulder silk top. Shoulders have elastic to keep the top up. There are also sewn in straps which can be worn to hold the top up (although I have never used them this way). Size is Large but my dry cleaners ironed a bar code over the size label. 🤦🏻‍♀️
