Nearly perfect condition. Beautiful brown leather, with a tortoise patch print? I’m not too sure what this is called. All closures are in good working condition. Red inside the pockets & has check book holder too! No smells, stains or rips but from a cat friendly home. Only used once or twice. Stored in a home made dust bag the rest of the time.
