Gorgeous lace peasant skirt sheer greige, beigey gray and silvery

Needs a little TLC. Needs to be resewn in one spot and has one small discoloration spot on side of waist band. The seam just came lose in one spot, it's not a tear. Would be easy to fix and not noticable if you know how to sew. The lace is very nice and it's soft to the touch. It's greige, mostly gray and the lace has a metallic like shine that looks silver. but it's not fully gray or silver. It has a hint of beige. The lace is sheer and it has a built in slip second layer.
