Y2K Colorful Bias Cut Flutter Dress size large

Colorful asymmetrical flutter dress straight out of the 2000's! It is SO stunning in person and super cute belted!Condition is very good— a few super small snags but nothing major or noticeable. Marked size large. Keep in mind it’s bias cut so sizing is flexible—it moves with you. I’m putting down the max measurements flat. I’m a modern 12 and it fit well. I think it would work for 10-14 depending on desired fit. Approx flat measurements: 22” pit to pit 17.5” waist 20” hips 55.5” length
