This listing is for a pretty size 3X stretchy black top from By Design. This measures smallish and so would fit a 2X or even 1X well but is meant to fit closely. The top is solid mostly but has a mesh around the collar front and back and for the long sleeves. There is pretty rounded metal beading also accentuating the collar for a jeweled accent. This top is in very good pre-owned condition with gentle wear and the measurements are: Bust is approximately 25 1/2" - 51" with stretch for more room Length is approximately 29 1/2" 95% polyester, 5% spandex Machine wash.
